The Arts and Sciences Foundation Conference Room is located on the second floor of the James M. Johnston Center for Undergraduate Excellence, overlooking historic McCorkle Place. It seats ten and may be used by permission only.

Fees: Room rental $75. Tech support (if required) $75. Security (for events scheduled outside of normal operating hours) $60 minimum (4 hours at $15 per hour, additional hours extra.) These fees are ordinarily waived for events directly related to undergraduate instruction.

To check availability of this room, please review the calendar. Please note that even if a room is not in use during the specific hour you want, a reservation may not be possible due to adjacent events or other logistical factors.
